If you need an audio or video file uploaded to an FTP or Streaming service, select the file type (Audio, Video, etc.), and quantity.

During checkout, enter the name you used when you placed your transfer order and the 7 digital file number you want us to upload "NOTE" field. 

 If you want us to share the file with someone other than you, please provide an email address for the person for which the email is to be  sent along with their name.

Allow 2-3 business days for upload completion.

Note: We keep a backup file for 30-60 days after  your media has been transfer.  If it has been longer than that, please contact us to verify that your file is still available.
